Energy moves in waves.


Waves move in patterns.


Patterns move in rhythms.


A human being is just that energy, waves, patterns, rhythms.



By guiding your body into its optimal healing state, theta waves allow you to heal from within.

Tomorrow Dan and I will start exploring the topic of sound healing and how it works.


From the series MUSIC, we already know that music can have a major impact on our mood.


Fast beats pump us up and motivate us to work out, slow songs make us feel sad and gloomy, and soothing music helps us drift off to sleep.



And what is music, but a collection of sounds?


Sounds have vibrations that affect us on a neurological, physiological, and biochemical level.


Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation.

One of the greatest ways to clear our headspace is to simply focus on one thing and give our brain a rest.


 In this ten-minute guided meditation, you will be listening to theta wave binaural beats (Use Headphones for the full effect) to give your mind a break.



Binaural Beats Disclosure: most people have no trouble with binaural beat therapy.


However, there is at least a theoretical chance of running into trouble if you have epilepsy or an irregular heartbeat (especially if you have a pacemaker).


Most practitioners caution individuals with seizure disorders to check with their doctors before trying binaural therapy.
