Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!

Just as love makes life beautiful and prevents sorrow, sunshine is the single source of light which gives us light during the day and makes the moon shine at night.
Even the sun directs our gaze away from itself and to life illuminated by it.
Now, Dan and I will continue adventuring out in the sunlight!
Today we will explore sunlight and build strong bones-
Exposure to the ultraviolet-B radiation in the sun’s rays causes a person’s skin to create vitamin D.
According to a study from 2008, in a 30-minute period while wearing a swimsuit, people will make the following vitamin D levels:
50,000 international units (IUs) in most Caucasian people
20,000 to 30,000 IUs in tanned people
8,000 to 10,000 IUs in dark skinned people
The vitamin D made thanks to the sun plays a big role in bone health.
Low vitamin D levels have been linked to rickets in children and bone-wasting diseases like osteoporosis and Oste Malacia.
Tomorrow we will explore sunlight and how it can prevent cancer.

If it feels like you just cannot fit any me time into your current routine, think again.
You can get a great boost from the smallest moments.
Hopefully, you already have at least ten minutes to relax at some point in the day.
So, start by making these existing breaks extra special.
Ensure you have somewhere clutter-free and calm to enjoy your downtime.
At home, have a cozy corner to relax in for ten minutes peace.
If you are at work, try to find a quiet space away from your workstation for your break, sitting outside when you can.
Do not check your messages or to-do-list!
You can read, doodle, meditate, or even daydream, anything that brings you peace.
You will feel all the better for a proper session of time-out.
Make sure you are outside and able to Gaze at the sun for this meditation.
Use this meditation as an education, and guidance for how to Sun Gaze.
Utilizing the energy of the sun in many ways.
Setting your intention on what you want to achieve.
Stay focused on what you want to receive!
