Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Never give up.

Today may be hard.

Tomorrow may be even worse.

But the day after tomorrow it will be sunshine.

Sunshine is my quest.

Now, Dan and I will continue adventuring out in the sunlight!

Today we will explore sunlight and how it can prevent cancer.

Although excess sunlight can contribute to skin cancers, a moderate amount of sunlight has preventive benefits when it comes to cancer.

According to researchers, those who live in areas with fewer daylight hours are more likely to have some specific cancers than those who live where there is more sun during the day.

These cancers include:

colon cancer

Hodgkin’s lymphoma

ovarian cancer

pancreatic cancer

prostate cancer

Tomorrow we will explore sunlight and how it may heal skin conditions.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

Live for today!

Time is precious.

Today is precious.

So, what are you going to do to make it special?

Greeting the day with a smile.

Look forward to the good bits and do not dwell on any tricky moments.

Wear your best clothes today.

The new outfit you have been saving or the shoes that are still in the box.

Book tickets to a film you have been waiting to see.

Text the friend you have been meaning to catch up with.

And if you can fit in a trip to that park, you have never visited before.

Well, do that too!

Seize the day, live for the moment, and do not put happiness on hold.

This meditation helps you to fully experience each moment with clarity and calm.

By focusing on the present, you can reduce stress, enhance your awareness, and improve your emotional well-being.

It is an ideal practice for anyone seeking to bring more peace, focus, and balance into their day, even amidst a busy schedule.

In just five minutes, you can reset your mind and reconnect with the present, fostering a sense of inner presence.

Until Sunday, if you dance like raindrops, there will always be sunshine.
