Hello Followers,


Monday, it is time to start the week!




Explore the powerful impact that colors have on our lives, moods, and perceptions.


In nature, light creates color.


In the picture, color creates light.


Color is a sort of mid-point between pure light and pure darkness.



There are no gray issues.


 Life is black and it is white.


There is no in-between.


Today Dan and I will be starting a new series on how shades of colors around us impact our emotions.



Color is a universal language that speaks to us in ways we might not always recognize.


From the calming blues of the ocean to the fiery reds of a sunset, the shades around us have a profound impact on our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.



But why is this so?


 In the coming posts, Dan and I will explore why.

What makes you happy?



Working out what makes you happy is important when building your extraordinary life.


What must you have in your life to be happy?


What do you need to feel fulfilled, relaxed, or full of joy?

If you are not sure, make a note of your happiest moments over the next few days and think about what caused them.


I feel happiest when I am: __________________________________________________________.



When you look back at your choices, you might find you have been able to group them together under headings like fitness, creative pursuits, learning socializing, spiritizing moments, etc.


Make a note of these areas too.

Now, have a think and see if you can work out how to include more of these activities to your week.
