Life is amazing, don't wreck yourself trying to figure it out, cause it’s just that simple.
CONTINUING ON THE NEW SERIES, DON’T LET YOUR ALARM CLOCK, BE THE ONLY REASON YOU WAKE UP AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERBS – ASTRAGALUS.
Hello Followers,
As Dan and I continue to keep our bodies healthy through information that we post daily, I would like to share a simple, easy way to fill your fullest.
It’s showing your love to people you care about.
Family and friends will always appreciate hearing that you love and appreciate them in everyday life.
It will brighten a stranger’s day to hear a random compliment.
If you like someone’s message, tell them.
If you notice that they’re doing a great job not losing their temper while they’re on the phone trying to explain and issue, let them know.
If you have a romantic interest in someone, just go for it.
There are a lot of ways it may end, and only one of them keeps them in your life forever.
In the end, you may look back and wish you had asked them out.
It’s JULY – 7th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about July that’s so significant during this month?
Global Forgiveness Day – July 7, 2022
We don’t need to be told that holding on to anger is bad for us.
This is why Global Forgiveness Day, celebrated on this day each year, is so special to us.
Established to increase the goodwill among people, Global Forgiveness Day asks everyone to try and set their differences aside and create a world full of healing and letting go of negativity.
Forgiveness, aka the concept of pardoning someone after an offense, letting go of negative emotions, and releasing the hurt; has always been a key principle of every religion around the globe.
The teachings from these religions highlight the nature of forgiveness and have provided a basis for the modern traditions and practices used to forgive.
While philosophers also studied the concept of forgiveness, the emotion was primarily related to matters of faith.
It was only later, in the 20th century, that forgiveness caught science’s attention.
Scientists, educators, and psychologists began studying forgiveness and its impact on human well-being.
What they found was that forgiveness was a process.
Multiple researchers developed models of forgiveness, like step-by-step approaches that would allow people to improve their ability to forgive.
Later studies even attempted to understand the relationship between forgiveness and justice, particularly after particular incidents involving famous acts of forgiveness.
So, it’s time to forgive!
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
IN THIS MOMENT, THERE IS PLENTY OF TIME. IN THIS MOMENT, YOU ARE PRECISELY AS YOU SHOULD BE. IN THIS MOMENT, THERE IS INFINITE POSSIBILITY.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 17; WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO BE DIFFERENT, YOU MUST DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY-
HELPING TO PROTECT
Is the relationship heavily unbalanced?
Do what you can.
You can’t stop the potential future dangers, but who knows what a soft, caring word might prevent.
Especially if you can be there for the long haul.
Tomorrow, TOUGH ON THE HEART-
Continuing on the herb; ASTRAGALUS and the benefits, It’s the last herb from the book ALCHEMY OF HERBS by Rosalee De La Foret.
Astragalus has such a mildly sweet flavor.
Astragalus regulates and prevents diabetes and illnesses related to diabetes.
Astragalus has been studied progressively as an antidiabetic.
Studies show its ability to relieve insulin resistance and treat diabetes naturally.
The herb’s collection of saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides all are effective in treating and regulating type 1 and 2 diabetes.
They’re able to increase insulin sensitivity, protect pancreatic beta cells, the cells in the pancreas that produce and release insulin and also act as anti-inflammatories in areas related to diabetes symptoms.
Kidney disease in diabetics is also a common problem, and astragalus has been used to treat kidney illness for many years.
More recent studies in humans and animals have shown astragalus can slow the progress of kidney problems in diabetics and protect the renal system.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

Until Friday, blood is very powerful. While meat is the substance that keeps our living souls in this physical reality, blood keeps our meat alive. Blood is liquid life. When blood escapes our bodies we are alarmed to the very core of our brains. It is life leaking out of us. It is frightening and makes red a profoundly intense color.
