Welcome to the weekend!

Dan and I have been sharing in each post a guided meditation with music just for the many benefits it provides.
Meditation music offers numerous benefits, including stress reduction, improved focus, enhanced emotional well-being, and better sleep quality.
Listening to calming music during meditation can significantly lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress.
Studies have shown that soothing sounds can create a peaceful environment, helping listeners unwind and reduce anxiety.
This week we will be exploring all the benefits of listening to meditation music.

Homemade Dishwasher Detergent Tabs
Two cups of washing soda or baking soda.
Two cups of borax.
1/2 cup coarse salt or Epsom salt.
1/2 cup vinegar.
15-20 drops of lemon essential oil.
Or any citrus oil you have.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix vinegar and oil.
Mix ALL together.
Push firmly into the ice cube tray.
Now leave it alone!
Do not be tempted to try and tip them out too early 😉 Allow to sit until solid/dry.
Put it into a container and under the sink ready to go, sweet.
This ten-minute meditation will help you clear your mind and let go of everything that is not or is no longer serving you.
Using conscious breathing techniques, we will work finding pure awareness, acceptance, and connecting to our inner light, peace, and source power.
