Stuffed Pepper Recipe
1 1/2lbs of ground beef
Six large green bell peppers
minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped white onion
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp sugar
20-ounce tomato sauce
2 15oz can have diced tomatoes with garlic & basil
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of cheese or your choice
Cut the tops off peppers and clean all seeds out.
Bring peppers to boil on the stove for 10 mins.
Drain and allow peppers to cool.
Brown ground beef, onion, and minced garlic together.
Drain the grease, add sugar, half of the tomato sauce, all the diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and rice.
Simmer for about 5 mins, afterwards start to stuff each pepper.
Pour the rest of tomato sauce all over the peppers and top with cheese.
Bake four hundred for 20 mins!!
