Thank goodness it is Friday!

And for most of us, it is a long weekend.
Here in United States, it is Memorial Day weekend.
Take a deep breath, listen to your favorite song, and realize everything is going to be okay, nothing is permanent.
As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind.
To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again.
To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.
Meditation music aids in balancing emotions by providing a soothing backdrop that encourages emotional release.
This can lead to improved emotional health, allowing individuals to process feelings and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
The peaceful environment created by meditation music can also stimulate creativity.
When the mind is calm and free from stress, it is more likely to generate new ideas and creative solutions.

Blueberry Peach Feta Salad
Ingredients:
Three cups mixed salad greens
One peach, sliced
One cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
One tablespoon honey
One teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, peach slices, blueberries, feta cheese, and pecans.
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss the coat.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving to blend flavors.
