Hello Followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday!

Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter.
Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter.

The most exciting rhythms seem unexpected and complex, the most beautiful melodies simple.

Music has shown promising results in the treatment of neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and stroke recovery.

It can stimulate cognitive function, improve motor skills, and enhance communication abilities.

For patients with Alzheimer's and dementia, music can evoke memories and emotions, providing a sense of familiarity and comfort.

It can also improve cognitive function and reduce symptoms of anxiety.

Music has been used to improve motor skills in patients with Parkinson's disease.

The rhythmic nature of music can help adjust movements, improving gait and reducing symptoms of tremors.

In stroke recovery, it can aid in the rehabilitation of speech and language skills.

Singing can stimulate the areas of the brain responsible for language, helping patients regain their ability to communicate.

Music is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Its effectiveness can vary depending on the individual's condition, preferences, and cultural background.

However, the adaptability of music makes it a valuable tool in various therapeutic settings.

Two pounds Roma tomatoes

Six garlic cloves

One sweet onion

2 tbsp olive oil

Two cups of vegetable broth

½ cup coconut milk

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp oregano

¼ tsp rosemary

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

Wash and slice the tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

Toss the garlic, onion, and tomatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, tossing halfway.

2. Remove from the oven after roasting and transfer the vegetables to a large pot.

Add rosemary and oregano and sauté for several minutes.

3. Add the broth and bring it to a boil.

Once it has reached boiling, turn down to a simmer, cover, and let it continue to cook for another 30 minutes.

4. Remove from heat, add the coconut milk, and let it cool slightly before using an immersion blender to fully blend the soup.

Or allow it to cool before transferring to a traditional blender.

5. Reheat, if necessary, garnish as desired, and enjoy!
