My thoughts are seasoned with clever hints of sage.


So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.



Sage has aromatic essential oils (such as cineole and camphor) known to have relaxing and mood-elevating effects.

The common limper is a familiar, cone-shaped shell seen stuck on rocky shores.



It is usually colored white, but it moves so slowly that it often finds itself covered in barnacles and seaweed.


It does move, when the tide comes in, no graze on algae.


It then returns to the same place called home scar which is a mark on the rock on to which its shell fits very precisely.



When it feeds, the limper uses a tongue-like organ called a radula, which has tiny teeth on it, to rub away at rocks and weeds.


These teeth are made from material that is one of the hardest in nature than many rocks.
