LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington

NEVER GROW OLD

It sounds impossible, but a modest-looking clam seems to have found the formula to defeat ageing.

Called an ocean quahog, this two-shelled mollusk has been shown to live healthily to at least five hundred years old.

Even more amazingly, the tissue of the animal show little sign of ageing compared to those of younger specimens.

The secret?

It seems that a life spent in bed of soft mud, with a plentiful supply of food to filter from the seawater, does wonders.

Individuals alive today may have seen Christopher Columbus sail above them!

This meditation serves as a sacred portal to communicate with your spirit guide, a wise and loving presence who is always there to offer guidance, protection, and support on your journey.

Through gentle visualization, allow yourself to open to the subtle whispers and intuitive nudges of your guide, guiding you towards greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.

Whether you seek answers to life's questions, direction on your path, or simply a sense of peace and reassurance, this meditation invites you to deepen your connection with your spiritual guide and awaken to the profound wisdom that resides within.

Until Friday, you make us chamomile with joy.
