Take much comfort knowing all big things are accomplished one tiny step at a time.

Hello followers,

How are you going to spend this first Sunday in July?

As we get ready for a new week, let us take small steps in getting ready for Monday.

Life gives us countless memories to treasure.

However, we must remember that moving forward is the only way for us to become better, stronger, and more capable individuals.

Take one step at a time!

What does this mean?

To Dan and me, it means starting any journey with courage and willpower.

After the first step has been taken, there is no looking back, one must keep on stepping.

One step at a time offers us the opportunity to take things slowly, being aware and alert of our surroundings.

Work that is done in haste often leads to failure, so one must take the long road and must keep on stepping forward.

So, keep walking the walk, one step at a time.

If you have been following Dan and my posts from the beginning, you can see that baby steps do pay off.

For I have been managing my cancer for over twelve years and Dan ten years.

Although I get blood work done yearly and there are no signs of cancer, we keep striving toward steps to keep healthy and clean of cancer.

It is always a work in process.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

A GOAL MAY FEEL AS IF YOU have a mountain to climb, but great things are done in steps.

If you really want something break it down into action steps.

Ask yourself, what is one thing I can do today to get closer to my goal?

And then ask that question again tomorrow.

Before you know it, you are halfway up the mountain.

Remember that every step is worthy of gratitude and awe.


You may think your light is small, but it can make a huge difference in other people’s lives.

If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.

All over the sky a sacred voice is calling your name.

The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.

Suddenly you know, it is time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.

Do not try to rush things that need time to grow.

To realize that you are not your thoughts is when you begin to awaken spiritually.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
