Happy Thursday, and it is the last one of June!
A question comes to mind since a new month is approaching us in a couple of days.
Have you ever felt anxious about trying something new?
I know Dan and I have felt anxious.
Especially when I chose to go to Mexico twelve years ago for cancer treatments and not go through surgery, chemo, and radiation.
Setting out on a new path takes much courage and determination.
It is natural to feel scared and uncontrollable because most of the time we do not know what lies ahead.
But using the unfamiliarity to your advantage is what determination is all about.
No matter the doubts you have regarding your new venture, a small leap of faith can sometimes take you places you would never imagine you could go.
Trying something new may seem like an impossible feat to achieve, but with the right amount of will and faith, you can be sure that success is on the horizon.
So, this is a great time to start something new, large, or small.

START SOMETHING NEW, especially when you feel stuck.
Inviting newness into your life brings joy and creativity.
Take a new route to work, try a different food, or get going on a new project you have been thinking about starting.
Create momentum in your life to invite and embrace change.
Change can be scary, but also rewarding.
When we start something new, we expand our minds and horizons.
Be open and fluid.
Trust that what is meant to enter your life will come.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute guided meditation will remind you that everything will work out for you.
It is not always easy to see or feel that everything is working out for us or that it is happening for us.
While the comprehension of this on a deeper level and there are always deeper levels of understanding this may take time, this practice allows you to relax so deeply you will feel the truth of this within you without having to do anything except relax.
