Weekend time!
Thank goodness it is Friday.
Continuing from yesterday, Dan and I would like to share some inspiration words that we have seen throughout social media these past weeks.
As you know from our posts this year, Dan and I have been focusing on words and how they affect our health.
Thoughts bring words and words bring actions.
Through these words they are in the universe, which through positive or negative creates the moods that we react to.
Be soft.

EXPLORE THE WORLD
If you were infinitely brave, where would you go?
