Through the eyes of gratitude, everything is a miracle.

Hello followers,

It is Sunday and time to prepare for a new week, new beginning, and a new start.

And time to recap this past week.

What have you done this past week to nourish your soul?

Laughing is another one of those things that is wonderful for our soul.

In fact, laughter can help boost our immune systems, relieve stress, relieve pain, and promote relaxation.

But laughing can do more than that.

Laughing can connect us to each other.

Studies have found that most people are looking for humor in potential mates, and that laughter is a sign of attraction.

On even the most basic level, laughter can bring us together.

Shared laughter, or laughter that happens by multiple people at the same time can strengthen our relationships and be a display of similar life values.

This is opposed to one person laughing at someone else, which can cause strain or separation.

This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.



As we continue in the next coming posts you will find ideas to get you started in different sensory ways.

Choose a sense you feel really in tune with and start something.

Remember a thousand-mile journey starts with one step!

There are no mistakes, this is not a performance.

It is an opportunity for you to have fun and learn.



True forgiveness is when you can say, thank you for that experience.

Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.

The Universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are.

Living in a state of gratitude is the gateway to grace.

When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.

Instead of thinking 'I will be happy when,' try thinking 'I will be happy now.

Do not let negativity from yesterday dull the sparkle of today.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

EVERY PERSON YOU MEET has a mixture of stories full of happiness and sorrow.

You never know what a person is celebrating or mourning with just a glance.

As we get to know each other, our complexity reveals itself.

Have compassion to every person you encounter, for they too have a deep soul.

If someone rubs you the wrong way, send them love.

They may need it more than ever.

Stop judgements as they appear, they are only a reflection of your inner world.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
