Its Sunday! Have you identified some things in your life that may be the wrong thing to chase? Dan and I have!
It’s funny how as time goes by some of the things you found important at some time in the past don’t seem that important anymore. Dan and I have noticed! This does not mean not to still be chasing them, just do them on autopilot.
Once you give up the chase, the right things, the things you want in your life right now, have a chance to catch up to you and you can have what you really want. Give it a try and see if it happens for you, at the very least you won’t be wasting time on the wrong things anymore.

You have what it takes to succeed
What you think of yourself is far more important than what others think of you.
There will be days when people will try to tear you down. Don’t let them win. Hold your head high, walk proudly and remember when you’re done the best that you can do; there is nothing anyone can say to take that away from you.
Keep the song in your heart and memorize it well. Play it over and over; soon others will take notice and look up to you. Some may even ask you for advice.
You have what it takes to succeed. You’re a person of integrity, wisdom and faith. If nagging doubts ever enter your mind, the kind where you question if what you’re doing; is right, pause for a moment, close your eyes and just do what you need to do – believe. By Kris Ackerman

Being Present for Peaceful Thoughts, Calm Mind / Mindfulness Meditation / Mindful Movement

Welcome to today’s short meditation to help you be present and relax. Here at the Mindful Movement, we are an oasis where you can come to tap into your inner peace, positive mindset, and the ability for self-healing.
Family commitments can often hurdle any boundary we put in place. But that doesn’t mean you should let your loved-ones steamroller you and ignore your needs.
Look at why you want to avoid certain situations. Is it the activity, an individual or the sheer number of people involved? An outright rejection can make someone feel unloved or rejected, so put an alternative plan in place. If you don’t like the idea of a sit-down dinner with everyone, suggest to the family member who invited you if they’d like to go for a walk or coffee instead.
If you explain your feelings calmly to them, they will soon understand and respect your boundaries without you feeling guilty. And if you are worried about explaining to others family members why you never attend big get-togethers, ask that family member or someone else who is close to you to tell the others on your behalf.
KEYS TO THE DOOR 🚪
In oneself lies the whole world and if you know how to look and learn, the door is there and the key is in your hand. Nobody on earth can give you either the key or the door to open, except yourself.
Run a warm bath, add some luxurious oils or bubbles, light a candle and relax. Let your mind empty. Don’t think about work, relationships or where you could be instead. Simply focus on the warm water relaxing your muscles and your mind. If you’re struggling to switch off your thoughts, pick up a good book or a magazine. Repeat as often as necessary.
Getting outdoors is one of the best things for a human being. Study after study has shown that being in nature has many health benefits, including physical, emotional, and mental benefits. This Sunday if you have a chance to go outdoors; go hug a tree. However, if you are unable – here is a video you can follow to walk in home.

Until Monday, getting yourself to believe you can achieve what it is you’re striving for is half of the battle. This is not as easy as just saying you believe, but instead involves really feeling it.
You have to feel it in your gut that you have what it takes and that you can get there, or else everything you do is going to be laden with a weak energy, and you’re going to have trouble summoning up the power and wherewithal to do what you need to do to get where you want to be. SO, BELIEVE - Believe you can and you’re halfway there!
