CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON SERIES MODERATION IS THE KEY TO LIFE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. BONUS ON HAPPINESS!

Hello Followers,

Its Saturday!

THE WEEK-END IS HERE!

As I woke up, like every morning; I woke up to the smell of coffee that Dan makes for me every morning.

Thanks Dan -

This fuels my mind and gets me ready to start my day with creating a new post for you.

So, for today I will start by sharing Dan and my Christmas gift to each other.

It came early this year.

As you know, we make the most of our time for it is very precious to us and we love adventuring out.

16 PICTURE - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW

This year we took a little adventure to Lexington, VA; as you know Dan loves history.

It was first settled in 1778.

Lexington is the location of the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and of Washington and Lee University (W&L).

Lexington was named in 1778.

It was the first of what would be many American places named after Lexington, Massachusetts, known for being the place at which the first shot was fired in the American Revolution.

The Union General David Hunter led a raid on Virginia Military Institute during the American Civil War.

Robert E. Lee and Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson are buried in the city.

It is the site of the only house Jackson ever owned, now open to the public as a museum.

Cyrus McCormick invented the horse-drawn mechanical reaper at his family's farm in Rockbridge County, and a statue of McCormick is located on the Washington and Lee University campus.

McCormick Farm is now owned by Virginia Tech and is a satellite agricultural research center.

Dan and I highly recommend, next time you plan a vacation; this is a place you should keep in mind.

A LOT OF HISTORY -

Living moderately requires constant adjustment.

Recognizing small steps in your wellness journey will help keep you inspired and motivated to continue to reach for your goals.

The countdown to CHRISTMAS is 7 days and last weekend for shopping till Christmas.

As Dan and I prepare for the holidays, I will end on the series of HOW SAFE IS MEXICO and shorten the blog post a little for the coming year.

Yesterday, ended the series on THE SIX SENSES AND YOUR WELL-BEING, to review this topic, you can also go to the main BLOG and hash tag# SIXSENSES on the right of the age, and all the posts related to that topic will pop up.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

ACCEPT THE UNKNOWN

Whatever intentions you set; the future remains unknown.

The plans and mindsets of other people and how well you can meet your own objectives, are both hidden from you.

People with low self-esteem or poor levels of confidence will let their imagination loose on a prospect of failure, which may lead them to avoid risk and get stuck in a rut.

Think of the unknown in a place for creative interaction.

PEOPLE WISH TO BE SETTLED; ONLY AS FAR AS THEY ARE UNSETTLED IS THEIR ANY HOPE FOR THEM.

By Ralph Waldo Emerson

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

As I end with this series, being left-handed; I felt this was important to relate to one’s health.

By nature, left-handed people have a tendency for frequent mood change, to become whimsical, and to exhibit rage and anger, as well as show perseverance in the fulfillment of their objectives.

Influence on behavior and achievement left-handed people often tend to have a dreamy nature, possess a good memory, and excel in dimensional orientation.

So, now you know!

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

Today starting, VICTIM - the second of the five anger-management styles

Victims are the usually low-key people who never get visibly angry but are often chronically depressed.

They suffocate their spirit by self-belittlement and blame.

They layer themselves in guilt and turn their anger at their failures into self-flagellation.

They have not learned to express their emotions, so their anger remains bottled up and unresolved.

It spurs forth in psychosomatic; problems such as hypertension, headaches, and colitis and in suffocating, clinging behaviors that cause others to want to flee.

Continue tomorrow; VICTIM - the second of the five anger-management styles

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Lemon Balm is effective for cold sores.

With the seasons changing, we’re exposed to more viruses and bacteria floating through the air and crawling over surfaces.

As a result, some of us will come down with a bacterial or viral illness, such as the flu or bronchitis.

People that catch influenza, and carry the herpes simplex virus, run the risk of developing cold sores during a viral or bacterial infection.

The herpes virus collects under the surface of the lip and starts to form tiny blisters on the lip line, resulting in signs of inflammation, swelling, and redness in a specific area of the mouth.

As the cold sore progress, the fluid-filled sacs may burst, resulting in a contagious liquid washing over the skin, furthering the infection.

Treating a cold sore is no easy task.

Many people resort to medicated lip balms to help relieve their symptoms.

As recommended by herbiest, you can make yourself a cup of lemon balm tea.

After you’re done drinking the beverage, use the tea bag as a compress for the cold sore.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
