CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES, FOCUSING ON YOUR STRENGTH AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.
Welcome to Tuesday.
Summarizing last week on should we concentrate more on our weaknesses or our strengths?
Improving our weaknesses is of course important.
Yet there is a danger of spending too much time and energy on areas that can’t change or where any improvement will be minimal.
By contrast, when focusing on our strengths, we become happier, more engaged, motivated, perform better at work and achieve our goals.
We are more able to seek out opportunities for self-growth that capitalize on our strengths.
Our strengths have the potential to be our biggest growth areas and they are where we will see the biggest returns.
When we invest in our strengths, we can be confident that we are using our time productively and making wise investments in ourselves and in our future.
Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?
Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!
Every year there is a particular meteor shower in May called the Eta Aquariids meteor shower.
Discovered in 1870, this meteor shower passes by Earth between April 19 and May 28.
It’s easiest to view it from the equatorial regions of the world and can be glimpsed passing by just before dawn.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
THIS IS THE TRUE JOY, THE BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE RECOGNIZED AS A MIGHTY ONE.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS
KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT-
Turning off the difficult person after they get started is like turning off the rain.
So, you might as well not try.
Keep your mouth shut, keep your cool and wait until they are finished.
If you try to interrupt or refute their arguments, you may encourage them to continue their harangue even longer.
Wait it out without being drawn in to an argument.
This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?
Another known fact about coffee it enhances athletic performance.
Coffee is often used as an ergogenic aid by athletes looking to improve performance and increase energy levels.
An ergogenic aid is also called a performance enhancer.
One review of nine studies reported that drinking coffee before exercise improved people’s endurance and decreased their perceived exertion, compared with a control group.
Another study in 126 older adults found that drinking coffee was associated with improved physical performance and faster gait speed, even after the researchers adjusted for factors like age, belly fat, and physical activity levels.
Additionally, a large review reported that moderate caffeine consumption could slightly improve power output and time-trial completion time.
However, results varied, so the researchers also noted that caffeine may affect people differently.
Coffee could improve physical performance and endurance when consumed before exercising.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
At the end of the day, you can either focus on what's tearing you apart, or you can focus on what's keeping you together. Choose! #attheend#oftheday#day#either#focus#whats#tearing#youapart#apart#whats
