Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Weekend!

Countdown to SPRING, 9 more days.

As much as we need to tell our own stories, we also need to listen to the story’s others tell.

Even if we've heard them before.

An old familiar tale can have a different meaning depending on why it's being told.

Maybe the teller just needs to tell it again.

If we don't share our stories with each other, with people who mean the world to us; or strangers we meet in the check-out line.

We might never truly know ourselves, or one another or why on Earth we are here.

What's your story?

I'd love to hear it.

Tell it to someone.

And ask them to tell you theirs, too.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE TIME FOR ACTION IS NOW. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO DO SOMETHING.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today starting on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

AN APOLOGY FREES THE PERSON WHO OFFERS IT.

A healthy apology must flow inside the one who apologizes.

It has three objectives:

1. Acknowledge responsibility for the wrong – I did it.

2. Assert accountability – I should not have done it.

3. Free the person who apologizes from guilt so that lessons can be gleaned from the wrong – I have learned.

Continue tomorrow –

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Recipe time!

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY PUDDING

This light pudding is a perfect way to enjoy fresh spring and summer strawberries.

Dan and I also use frozen organic strawberries, for they are a lot less expensive.

The avocados give it a creamy consistency, but otherwise don’t distract from the delicious chocolate dessert.

Ingredients:

1 once 100% cacao unsweetened baking chocolate

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup honey

¾ cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 very ripe avocados – peeled and pitted

1 cup diced strawberries – stems removed

Instructions:

1. Put 1 to 2 inches of water in the bottom pan of a double boiler.

2. Melt the baking chocolate in the top.

3. Remove from heat when completely melted.

4. Into the same bowl, mix the cocoa powder, honey, coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.

5. Combine the chocolate mixture with the avocados and strawberries in a food processor.

6. Puree until it has a smooth consistency.

7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

8. Enjoy within 24 hours.

Tomorrow, CHAMOMILE

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

BE HAPPY FOR THE MOMENTS

Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life. #behappy#moment#life#inspirational#motivational#livingagreatstory#newbeginnings

Until Sunday, the reason people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be.
