Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Well, you made it half way through the first week of March.

Happy Hump Day!

Just the other day I was reminded that every second counts.

In order in living a great story, we must make a decision to enjoy every moment of the day.

Each time you wait to make a decision, you are wasting your time and an opportunity is passing you by.

Stop being indecisive and start listening to your gut.

Decisions are how we learn about how to effectively build the life we have always dreamed of.

Dan and I are learning to practice general time management, especially this month; for we are packing for our move at the end of the month.

Trying to achieve your goals without doing a little time planning is like sailing the open ocean without a compass and map.

Sure, it's fun but at the end of the day you need to remember why you are out there in the first place.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

KEEP AND MEND

Resisting wasteful consumerism is a commendable principle.

We know the throwaway culture is bad for our planet.

It’s also counter to the Stoic idea of nourishing contentment by making do with less.

If you’re able to keep an old garment, tool, device or furnishing item.

Perhaps after repair or adjustment, instead of replacing it.

You can take pride in following a long tradition of thrift and keeping your carbon footprint small.

Learn mending skills such as darning if you don’t already have them.

If you do need to dispose of things, favor giving them away over recycling.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

CRUCIAL TO FUTURE HAPPINESS

Forgiveness is not about exoneration or absolution of the wrongdoer.

You can’t absolve someone of the wrong they did, even if that’s your desire.

The person who does wrong is responsible for the act.

Your sayings they aren’t responsible does not change that fact.

Forgiveness is about the victim not being victimized two times; first by the wrong, then by a misguided requirements to hang on to the wrong

Forgiveness is about freedom to live above the hurt and to go with joy in your heart, in spite of the injustice.

The second fallacy in what some professionals say about forgiveness is labeling revenge – justifiable.

Revenge is never justifiable.

Justice, reaping the consequences of one’s actions; being held responsible for what one does, these are right.

Revenge, however; is a self-inflicted retaliation, the eye-for-an-eye.

It’s like shooting yourself in the head, to pay someone back for shooting you in the foot.

Wrong never justifies wrong.

WRONG NEVER JUSTIFIES WRONG!

Tomorrow, FORGIVING YOURSELF –

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

DID YOU KNOW THAT CACAO PROVIDES MUSCLE GROWTH & FITNESS?

Every cell in the human body contains protein, therefore it’s crucial to be eating it daily to repair cells and support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Aduna Super-Cacao contains 23% of natural protein, perfect for those looking to up their protein intake and for vegans and vegetarians who may not be getting enough protein in their diet.

Aduna Super-Cacao is also a source of potassium and magnesium with a single serving providing 15% and 26% NRV respectively.

Potassium helps support normal muscle function.

Maintaining a good flow of oxygen to all our organs, muscles and tissues is key to athletic performance and post-workout recovery.

Super-Cacao has been scientifically proven to improve blood flow, try it blended with banana for a pre or post workout smoothie.

Thanks to its high magnesium and potassium content, it is also rich in electrolytes which further support muscle recovery.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

HAPPINESS IS ACHIEVED WHEN YOU STOP WAITING FOR YOUR LIFE TO BEGIN AND START MAKING THE MOST OF THE MOMENT YOU ARE IN.

BELIEF WILL HELP CREATE THE FACT

Until Thursday, there is an amazing power getting to know your inner self and learning how to use it and not fight with the world. If you know what makes you happy, your personality, interests and capabilities, just use them, and everything else flows beautifully.
