Also, be clear on your goals this coming month.


The sky is the limit but to get there, your goals need to be made crystal clear by believing in them with all of your heart and soul.


You will never get where you want to go if you don't know what you want and don't think you have what it takes to get it.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

CRUCIAL TO FUTURE HAPPINESS


If people hope to find happiness again, forgiveness is crucial.


They become visitors, no matter the tragedies they suffer; if they let go of the rage and hate, make the best of their situation.


They become beacons to the rest of us struggling to make it through the storms.


Some professionals state emphatically that it is not necessary to forgive to feel better about yourself and find inner peace.

They postulate that forgiveness has two requirements:


1. Giving up justifiable revenge

2. Absolving the guilty party of responsibility


Fulfilling either of these requirements, they state; not only is impossible but distorts the emotions.


Unfortunately, if you buy into this convoluted reasoning; you will never be free of the hurts that beg you to nurture them.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?


CACAO HELPS REDUCTION OF TIREDNESS & FATIGUE!


A study by Oxford Brookes Centre for Nutrition and Health has revealed that the high flavanol content of Aduna Super-Cacao could help reduce fatigue in sufferers of multiple sclerosis (MS).


Over 100,000 people in the UK are affected by MS and nine out of 10 patients suffer from tiredness.


Researchers tested the use of flavanol rich cacao on 40 adult patients, who drank a cup of hot chocolate every day for six weeks.

Participants were either given a flavanol-rich hot chocolate made with Aduna Super-Cacao Powder or a low-flavanol version.


Those given the high flavanol Aduna Super-Cacao drink experienced a 45% improvement in alertness and an 80% boost in walking speed according to tests.


While more studies are needed, the results indicate Super-Cacao could be beneficial in helping reduce tiredness and fatigue in the body.

As well as its high flavanol content, cacao powder is also rich in magnesium; a cofactor for over 350 enzyme reactions in the human body, many of which involve energy metabolism.


Upping your magnesium intake is an easy, natural way to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
