Don’t go through life, grow through life.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

A new week and a new chapter to your living a great story.

Plus, this week starts a new month, MARCH.

What will it be like this week for you?

Dan and I are going to try to exercise our 5 senses.

Sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

Each provides a gateway to rewarding personal experiences, so use them to truly make you understand what it means to be a living, breathing human being.

See the most beautiful things, hear the most pleasant sounds, taste the best food, smell the finest scents and touch the nicest pair of lips.

With us using our 5 senses, we are going to use what we have.

Success is not the byproduct of limitless resources.

Success happens when you stretch the limits of the available resources.

Don't focus on what you don't have, focus on what you do have and how it can help you get the rest.

That makes for a good start!

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

CELEBRATE THE EVERYDAY

Many of us dream of travel, and make that dream reality from time to time if we’re fortunate.

But there are countless enriching experiences to be found on our own doorsteps and within our everyday routines.

The starting point is mindful attention noticing our surroundings.

Track the seasons; the first migrant birds, the first frosts.

Every day holds surprises, register them with relish.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

BLOCKED BY PRIDE-

The chief block to forgiveness is pride.

There is no question that many people harm others intentionally or for such purely selfish reasons that they do not deserve forgiveness.

The mind argues!

Why should I forgive?

How can I forgive when I have been so unfairly treated?

Pride cries out.

Why should I let them off the hook?

Pride fails to realize that the one on the hook is the one who doesn’t let the wrong go.

Pride may be justified in believing that what happened was not fair, but hanging on to it only adds to the weight of the injustice.

Tomorrow, CRUCIAL TO FUTURE HAPPINESS –

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Reviewing from last week -

CACAO is exceptionally rich in cocoa flavanols; a plant-based antioxidant which studies have shown support a wide range of health benefits from reducing tiredness and fatigue to improving heart health, cognitive function and regulating blood pressure.

As well as being high in flavanols, cacao powder is also a natural source of;

Fiber - supporting a healthy gut.

Protein - required to maintain and grow muscle mass.

Potassium - important for muscular and neurological function.

Magnesium, essential for energy metabolism and healthy psychological function, bones and teeth.

Natural compounds known to reduce anxiety and lift our moods.

Antioxidants - supporting radiant, younger looking skin.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

HAPPINESS IS NOT IN THE MERE POSSESSION OF MONEY; IT LIES IN THE JOY OF ACHIEVEMENT, IN THE THRILL OF CREATIVE EFFORT.

GROWTH

Until Tuesday, think about it: What’s the worst thing that

can happen to you if you just totally go for it?
