Its Monday!

However, the good news is that Mondays don't have to be dreadful.


Stop thinking of Monday mornings as the worst day of the week.


Instead, reflect upon how it gives you the perfect opportunity to start something new and achieve your goals in the meantime.


A study even reported that Monday mornings are so dismal that employees only have about three-and-a-half hours of productive work time.


Your Monday morning thoughts set the tone for your whole week.

See yourself getting stronger and living a fulfilling, happier and healthier life.


FOCUS!

Are there times when you should concentrate on a weakness?


Well, when a weakness affects your internal self-confidence, it is time to focus on it.


An unchecked lack of self-confidence can be debilitating, resulting in an intense fear of failure.


It can also have a significant negative impact on our actual strengths.

In turn we are likely to feel stressed and worried, which holds back our progress, impairing our performance and making us ineffective.

By taking the time and effort to resolve the issues concerning this weakness, we will gain more self-esteem and enable our strength to shine through.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

Could coffee increase longevity?


Some research suggests that coffee could help extend longevity, thanks to its multitude of potential health benefits.

For example, one review of 40 studies concluded that drinking two to four cups of coffee daily was associated with a lower risk of death, regardless of factors like age, weight status, and alcohol consumption.

Another study in 1,567 people found that drinking caffeinated coffee was linked to a lower risk of death after 12 and 18 years of follow-up.


However, drinking at least one cup of coffee per day was also associated with a lower risk of death from cancer.


Interestingly, one test-tube study showed that coffee was able to significantly extend the life span of yeast by protecting against free radicals and DNA damage.

Coffee could be associated with a lower risk of death, regardless of other factors, like age, weight status, or alcohol consumption. Still, more research is needed.


The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
