Each milestone is marked by a moment of pride and celebrating.

THIS WEEK’S SERIES ARE ON REMEMBER TO CELEBRATE MILESTONES AS YOU PREPARE FOR THE ROAD AHEAD AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – ASHWAGANDHA.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY HUMP DAY!

As Dan and I been blogging on creating milestones, they can be good or bad.

When we define milestones for ourselves, we build a ladder to our goals.

The more bar you add, the easier the climb.

Taking those steps can be challenging.

But for those who haven’t done it before, the tougher challenge actually comes first; carving out the steps.

What do appropriate milestones look like, and how are they placed?

Tomorrow we will start with a definition.

Now, let’s continue with exploring the 16th experience that most all experience, having children.

However, just like with marriage, not everyone has children.

If you do have a child, though, the moment your first child is born is a major life milestone.

And the birth of each child after that is equally momentous.

Having children can even readjust your path in life, changing what you value most and find most important.

It’s the 22nd day of June, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about June that’s so significant during this month?

National Kissing Day – June 22, 2022

Day is all about showing your love and improving your health.

That’s right, kissing is actually good for you wellness.

Kissing relieves stress, burns calories, and benefits your immunity.

With so many perks, we can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want to celebrate, so pucker up!

Today, kissing is a form of communication.

We use it to show love, or in some cultures, as a greeting.

The running theory on the evolution of the kiss is based on our natural instinct to share food, similar to how many mammals feed their young.

Since then, historians believe the earliest references to kissing traces back to India, with four major texts in the Vedic Sanskrit literature referencing the supposed earliest forms of kissing.

Dating from 1500 B.C., these texts describe kissing as the act of rubbing and pressing noses together.

Also today is, National HVAC Tech Day.

With summer just getting started, no doubt your ACs are going to be working to full capacity, that’s why every June 22nd we Celebrate National HVAC Tech Day to honor our very hard-working repairmen and women keeping us cool in the blazing heat.

Summer is brutal for a lot of people across the globe, and the need for a properly functioning AC unit is crucial, especially for those closer to the equator.

Oftentimes we take advantage of that luxury and it’s important to think back to before air conditioning was a standard in every household on the block and consider the importance and value of your local HVAC Tech.

Plus, don’t forget When an HVAC professional helps you select and maintain efficient heating and cooling systems, they’re also helping you reduce your carbon footprint.

Founded in 2016, by ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national provider of home services, National HVAC Tech Day is to show appreciation for all HVAC technicians in the industry.

In honoring them we choose to explore the history behind the development of the air conditioning.

Romans are largely credited with having the first central heating system that channeled hot air from a furnace through pipes inside walls and beneath floors.

Early Korea also had a similar system, using excess heat from cooking stoves to heat the air.

Additionally, early Muslim architects are known to have constructed pipes under floors to keep the entire building warm.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THERE’S NO POINT WORRYING SO HARD YOU CAN’T BREATHE. LIFE SHORT, AND YOU’VE GOT TO MAKE SURE THERE’S TIME TO LIVE IT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 17; WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP

Continue from yesterday, to complicate the issue; the choices the person is making affect you or someone about whom you care.

Few people are islands in the world.

What your SUP does affect you and threatens your world.

What they do hurts you or makes you angry.

There may be someone else involved that you need to protect.

You fear impending disaster.

You don’t want to tell anyone how to live their life.

But what they choose affects your world too.

Tomorrow, WHY HELPING IS DANGEROUS-

This week Dan and I have been blogging on the herb; ASHWAGANDHA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how ashwagandha can help keep your body healthy?

Ashwagandha also reduces cortisol levels.

Cortisol is widely known as a stress hormone given that your adrenal glands release it in response to stress as well as when your blood sugar levels get too low.

In one study in chronically stressed adults, those who supplemented with ashwagandha had significantly greater reductions in cortisol compared with the control group.

Those taking the highest dose experienced a 30% reduction, on average.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

PRIDE AND CELEBRATING 🎉

Each milestone is marked by a moment of pride and celebrating.

Until Thursday, life is all about evolution. What looks like a mistake to others has been a milestone in your life. Even if people have betrayed you, even if your heart was broken, even if people misunderstood or judged you, you can learn from these incidents. We are human and we make mistakes, but learning from them is what makes the difference.
