 Thank goodness it is Friday!


FRIDAY.


Since it is for most of you the last day of a work week, take time to breathe into your belly.


Take a moment to belly breathe for a greater flow of oxygen and instant calm.



Breathe in deeply, allowing your stomach to rise outwards.


On the out-breath, allow your stomach to fall back.


Now you can start your day calmly.


Remember any time during the day, this practice will help with the chaos.

In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget that there is more to life than just the daily grind.


It is essential to take a step back and focus on our inner self, which includes nourishing our souls.
