Thank goodness it is FRIDAY!

Did you know that your focus creates your reality?


Well, let us take this weekend to focus on one’s dreams and make them become reality.

Focus allows for, and even accelerates accomplishment.


Your mind is very powerful.

Yet, if you are like most people, you probably spend very little time reflecting on the way you think.


After all, who thinks about thinking?


But the way you think about yourself turns into your reality.

If you draw inaccurate conclusions about who you are and what you can do, you will limit your potential.


What you think directly influences how you feel and how you behave.


Creating a more positive outlook can lead to better outcomes.


That is not to say positive thoughts have magical powers.

But optimistic thoughts lead to productive behavior, which increases your chances of a successful outcome.

Each focused step brings you closer to a new reality.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This is a 20-minute manifesting guided meditation. 


May you wake up feeling grateful for this new day and the endless possibilities it holds. 


May you be open to receiving all the positive energy, abundance, and blessings that the universe has in store for you. 


May your thoughts, words, and actions be aligned with your highest good and the good of all beings.
