Hello Followers,

Welcome to Wednesday!

I wonder if this statement is true, new beginnings makes you more flexible and adaptable.

Can you guess.

IT’S TRUE!!

Without a doubt, change makes us more flexible and adaptable.

You learn to embrace chaos in a way that seems foreign but acceptable and achievable.

Then, you are armed with more confidence as you walk into the next uncomfortable situation.

You begin to thrive in new situations because you have proven to yourself that you can, not only handle change, but FLOURISH.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

DELEGATE WELL

This is a fundamental of good management.

Try to be a good judge of others abilities, including ones that may not currently find an outlet.

Talk to people and use your intuition to assess how they can best help and how much supervision they’ll need.

Make it clear to them how helpful their contribution will be and thank them regularly.

Be prepared to divert them to other tasks if they’re struggling.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

The tactics of screwed-up people are designed to put the onus of blame, guilt and unreasonableness on you; the hostage.

You are the culprit for forcing them to do whatever they did.

They justify their behavior by their concern for you and their desire for you to benefit from their superiority, their religious insights and their political understanding.

They never apologize or acknowledge any wrong, unless an apology will further their control.

Actually, they may be unaware of their unfair maneuverings and shocked by what they consider your ingratitude and personal attack.

Continue tomorrow -

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; ROSE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how rose can help keep your body healthy?

Ready for another recipe using ROSE!

ROSEBUD TEA

This is a lovely way to enjoy the sweet taste of rose and lemon verbena and a great way to unwind at the end of your day.

The cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) gives a slightly bitter and nuanced flavor.

It can be omitted if you can’t easily find it.

Ingredients:

2 heaping tablespoons dried rosebuds or petals (approximately 6 grams)

1 teaspoon dried lemon verbena

1 teaspoon dried cornflower (optional)

Honey to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring 1 ¼ cups of water to a boil.

2. Mix the herbs together and place them in a tea cup or a large tea infuser.

3. Avoid cramming the herbs into a small infuser, it’s better for them to have room to expand and move around.

4. Pour the just boiled water over the herbs.

5. Cover and steep for 7 to 10 minutes.

6. Occasionally stir or dip the infuser while steeping.

7. Strain.

8. Add honey if desired.

9. Sip while warm.

Tomorrow starting on TEA-
