As Dan and I get ready for our move, this week’s blogs will be shortened with focusing on the series that I started last week; standing up for your life.
Once you start getting the hang of what it means to stand up for yourself, it’s time to practice asking for what you want as often as possible.
When someone says something, you openly disagree with, or you feel pushed into doing something you don’t want to do, say something.
Research shows that it takes 66 days to form a new habit, so stick with the new assertiveness for two months and you might be surprised by the results.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
AS YOU BECOME MORE PRESENT IN YOUR OWN LIFE, YOU WILL BEGIN TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS BY YOUR EXAMPLE.
As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
