Do you focus more on your strengths or your weaknesses?


Do you overestimate your ability to really improve on your weaknesses?


Often people are overconfident in their ability to change and they may set unrealistic goals for themselves.

Although we start off with good intentions, we frequently discover that trying to improve or relearn a skill just may not be possible.


Sometimes it will require a lot of hard work and effort to make only a little progress.


Realizing that this may take more work than we are willing to put in, we can become frustrated, demoralized and give up trying to make the change.

May is the month that the Eurovision song contest is held every year.


Well, Eurovision is an international song contest that has been held every year since 1956.

Some of the contest winners over the years have gone on to be incredibly successful groups, with the most notable being ABBA!


Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

BE BIGGER THAN A SCREWD-UP PERSON-


If you want to communicate effectively with them.


When they are stepping on your toes, don’t let pride obscure your goal.


You have to keep your head on straight when your words are twisted, your efforts denigrated, or there is little response at all.

You can’t be sensitive when they hang up on you or slam the door in your face.


You have to remember love and caring and your commitment to the relationship.


Comfort yourself with the knowledge that you are acting more maturely, regardless of age.

Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.


It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

Could it be that COFFEE can protect against liver conditions!


Interestingly, several studies suggest that coffee could support liver health and protect against disease.


For instance, one study found that drinking more than two cups of coffee per day was linked to lower rates of liver scarring and liver cancer in people with liver disease.


Other research shows that the more coffee people drank, the lower their risk of death from chronic liver disease.

Drinking one cup of coffee per day was tied to a 15% lower risk, while drinking four cups per day was linked to a 71% lower risk.


Another recent study found that coffee consumption was associated with decreased liver stiffness, which is a measure healthcare professionals use to assess fibrosis, the formation of scar tissue in the liver.

Coffee consumption could be linked to a decreased risk of death from chronic liver disease, along with other conditions, like liver scarring and liver cancer.


The KEY is if its black coffee!
