If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.

Hello followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday!

It is time to take care of you.

It is incredibly important that each of us takes the time to practice self-care.

When we practice genuine self-care, we get the opportunity to understand ourselves better, recharge our batteries before they are empty, and maintain the ability to make a difference for our loved ones and communities.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

July 7th

SPEAK TO YOURSELF as you would to the one you love the most.

Honor and respect your mind, body, and soul.

Take care of yourself by catching negative self-talk and reframing self-judgements.

You deserve kindness, love, and approval.

Say something loving to yourself each morning.

With practice, your thoughts toward yourself and others will change.

Love will emit from you powerfully and you will become irresistible.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This guided meditation for self-care helps you access the inner well of peace that is always within you and supports you in finding a fully-body/heart/soul experience of peace within.

If you feel the outside world needs to change right now for you to feel at peace within, then this "peace begins with me" style of meditation is likely the key to the answer you are seeking.

Love is the frequency of joy, care, and connection.

Qigong Flow in Love is designed to help you tune into the love that exists within you and expand your capacity to love. ]

The routine uses the YOQI Six Phases of Qigong Flow method designed to purge old energy, activate your Middle Dantian, the heart center, and raise your internal love vibration.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit,

it allows you to serve from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.
