It is not happiness that brings us gratitude. It is gratitude that brings us happiness.

Hello Followers,

Wow Thursday already!

What are you grateful for today?

REMINDER - you should always be grateful for the things you have.

Thankful for everything big and small that fills your life and makes it special.

With the hustle and bustle of modern-day life, too many people get it backward.

They decide they will be grateful when they get a promotion, a new job, a home, a new car, a raise, gifts, or other tangible things from people they know.

But this is backward.

If you want to gain more success and more happiness, then the first step is to be grateful for the many things you have.

Only after you build an attitude of gratitude can you begin to grow and build on your happiness or achieve a measurable level of success that does not feel empty.

So, let us today before the weekend list five things for which you are thankful.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

August 17th

GTATITUDE RELEASES THE HOLD that discontentment may have on us.

When we make a habit of noticing the things, we are thankful for, our minds begin to look for such things.

The more we practice gratitude, the easier it is to see the good in each day.

What did not seem like enough now seems like plenty.

If you are feeling as if life is just not how you would like it to be, take some time to acknowledge what is going right.

Offer gratitude from deep within.

From here you can begin to change your thoughts to a more positive outlook.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Taking 5 minutes out of your day using this short, guided meditation will leave you feeling full of gratitude.

You will be amazed how grateful you are, and how positive it leaves you feeling.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, today - I choose to live with gratitude for the love that fills my heart,

the peace that rests within my spirit, and the voice of hope that says all things are possible.
