Hello Followers,

A brand-new week!

ree

Happy Monday.

May Your love and grace fill your life and bring inner peace and restoration.

Prayer has the power to heal!

Prayer can change how you feel both physically and mentally, according to research.

Prayer is a powerful practice that people often use to connect to God, the universe, or something bigger than themselves.

Some may think of prayer as just something to do with no real effects on health.

So, prayer is sometimes overlooked as a source of healing and renewal.

Yet, prayer is more than a ritual.

Recent research is beginning to confirm what many have long understood.

Praying as a first response, not only when you have no other choice, improves mental health.

And it leads to better health outcomes.

Continuing today, Life’s a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

Pick a mood-booster

Next time you have ten minutes to yourself, add some fun to your day with one of these speedy mood-boosters.

I am sure you can think of others to add to the list too.

If you cannot decide which to pick, why not roll a die and enjoy the corresponding burst of random fun from the list below.

1.      Go outside and enjoy ten minutes of fresh air, whatever the weather!

2.      Recharge with a drink, snack, book, or tech-based treat of your choice.

3.      Laugh at a clip of your favorite comedy show, watch a YouTube compilation, or ask a friend to tell you a joke.

4.      Listening to some music boosts your mood and, if you dance along, it will boost your heart rate too.

5.      Make someone smile for an instant release of happy hormones and to spread some good cheer.

6.      Enjoy a chat with a friend.

SEIZE THE DAY, DO NOT WISH IT AWAY.

Turn things you have always wanted to do into things you have done.
