As Dan and I are rapping up the natural way of healing through sound today, we would like to thank you for following us.


Sound waves penetrate deeply, touching the very core of our being.



Thus, it is healing instruments that influence people’s brainwave frequencies, enabling them to enter an altered state of consciousness, like very deep relaxation or meditation techniques.



Everyone's experience is different, and new things may emerge.


Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during sound healing, whereas some have visualizations, receive downloads, or even have emotional breakthroughs.



Tomorrow the new series of natural way of healing will be on prayer.


A Prayer for Physical Healing: Heavenly Father, grant healing to our bodies, restoring strength and vitality as we entrust our well-being into your loving hands.

The vibrations of sound can dissolve tension and bring peace to the soul.

To heal with sound is to harmonize with the rhythm of life.

Sound healing is a reminder that we are all

interconnected through the vibrations of existence.

  In the gentle waves of sound, we discover the path to our own healing journey.

Healing begins when we listen deeply to the vibrations around us

In every sound, there is an invitation to heal and restore.

 The melody of life is found in the vibrations of sound healing.

A photo challenge –



Most of us do not get the chance to appreciate the details of our surroundings.


If we are out and about, we have usually got a destination in mind and a time limit to get there.


A lovely way to help you slow down and notice the little things is to challenge yourself to take interesting photos of your surroundings when you are on a journey.



Try to avoid an obvious picture and go for something unusual instead.


You could focus on the details of a building; look for a quirky way to frame a shot; take a picture at a different angle or compose one in black and white.


When you start to see the familiar in a new way, you appreciate everything around you so much more.



Practice meditation for anxiety relief to improve focus, stay in the present moment, and let go of anxious feelings.



Until Monday, the power of sound lies in its ability to transform our inner world.
