Life is to be enjoyed, not endured. So, follow your dreams, embrace change and live what you love.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I ARE PACKING FOR OUR MOVE NEXT WEEK, SO THIS WEEK ALL WILL BE SHORTENED. THE BLOGS WILL FOCUS ON A SERIES OF STANDING UP FOR YOUR LIFE.

Hello followers,

STANDING UP FOR YOUR LIFE-

Be deliberate.

Today Dan and I will share a situation that many of us have found ourselves in.

Sharing space with a messy co-worker or a roommate who is a slob.

I know we all have experienced this!

You might have remained silent while growing more aggravated at the situation.

It might be tempting to slip into passive-aggressive behavior, such as angrily cleaning up the mess or making snide comments.

Try being deliberate instead.

Tell the person how you are feeling without being accusatory.

Be straightforward with your concerns.

Follow up with a simple suggestion that can correct the situation, such as; if you can take a minute to tidy up your space at night, it would be a big help.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is

WHEN THOUGHT AND ACTIONS ARE COMBINED, THE RESULTS ARE POWERFUL-AMONG THE MOST POWERFUL FORCES ON EARTH. THE COMBINATION OF SUCCESSFUL COMMUNICATION- THE SHARING OF THOUGHTS AND PHYSICAL ACTION CAN, LITERALLY, MOVE MOUNTAINS.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, when you finish a thing, you ought to be able to say to yourself: There, I am willing to stand for that piece of work. It is not pretty well done; it is done as well as I can do it; done to a complete finish. I will stand for that.
