Life is very interesting. In the end, some of your greatest pains become your greatest strengths.

CONTINUING ON SERIES, SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE AND DANDELION.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day!

And last Wednesday of May.

This morning my mind kept wondering on this question that we have been posting on for the past couple of weeks; in life we have a purpose that is much greater than ourselves!

So, I continued exploring this very word; PURPOSE.

When you believe that whatever you’re doing is tied to a purpose much bigger than yourself, great things start to happen.

You’ll work harder, you’ll be more resilient, and you’ll be a lot prouder of what you’re doing with your life.

Sometimes you have to take a step back and ask yourself why you do what you do.

Dan and I ask this question to ourselves, from time to time!

And if what you do on a daily basis isn’t tied to a purpose greater than yourself.

A purpose you feel really good about, it may be time to do something else with your life.

SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF!

Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?

Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!

On this day MAY 25 its; National Wine Day

Cheers to celebrating over a bottle of wine!

Its National Senior Health and Fitness Day

The common goal of this day is to help senior Americans stay fit and healthy.

And its National Sing Out Day

Where You Are (From "Moana"/Sing-Along)

Where we are

Cause every path leads you back to where you are

You can find happiness right where you are

Where you are...

Now, channel your inner melodious voice and get ready to sing your blues away.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

AS HUMAN BEINGS, WE ARE MOST FULLY ALIVE WHEN WE ARE CHANGING AND GROWING AND STRETCHING OUR BOUNDARIES, IS OUR QUEST TO BE ALL WE CAN BE.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS

AVOID DEBATE OR BATTLE-

Avoid debate or battle or even restarting the point again and again.

Be simple, direct, and speak without rancor.

Stephen Covey suggests in, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People; that successful communication provides a win-win opportunity.

To make communication a win-win implies we first listen to understand and then share our thoughts as we work toward compromise and resolution.

With difficult people a third step must come into play, reality.

Unity within diversity may be the goal.

You may hope for working together, joining forces, becoming partners, but; too often – that isn’t real.

Remember, compromise implies a handshake with a promise to come together to agree.

Unfortunately, in difficult relationships at least one person has their own agenda that precludes compromise.

That agenda is expressed in, I can do it myself!

Or, I want my way.

Continue tomorrow-

This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today we are starting on a new herb; DANDELION and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how dandelion can help keep your body healthy?

This week we’re going to post some of the key health benefits that you can find when using dandelion.

Dan and I will cover a wide range of areas and diseases so that you can get a full-spectrum view of dandelion and how it helps.

Everything from liver problems to diabetes will be covered.

So, let’s get right into it.

Dandelion is Rich in Vitamin K.

Yes, it might surprise you to know that the amount of vitamin K in dandelion is actually enough to exceed the recommended daily limit five times over.

If you’re struggling to get enough vitamin K in your normal diet then having some dandelion tea with your breakfast is an easy way to remedy that issue.

In fact, it’s one of the most efficient ways to get more vitamin K into your life.

One of the reasons that vitamin K is so important is the fact that it prevents your blood from clotting up by producing key proteins that keep everything running smoothly.

Additionally, it also helps keep your bone health which is another plus especially for those who are getting older and thus more vulnerable to diseases such as osteoporosis.

Whatever your reason for getting vitamin K, dandelion tea should be the way that you do it.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

IN THE END🔚

Life is very interesting. In the end, some of your greatest pains become your greatest strengths. #lifeisveryinteresting#interesting#life#intheend#end#someofyour#greatestpains#greatest

Until Thursday, make up your mind that no matter what comes your way, no matter how difficult, no matter how unfair, you will do more than simply survive. You will thrive in spite of it.
