Hello Followers,
Good morning, it is another great week!
HAPPY MONDAY.
It is easy to get swept away by negative thinking and overlook what is really important.
One way to be more positive in your life is to be thankful.
People who have a strong sense of gratitude are happier and healthier than those who do not.
It is important to take time out to appreciate all the things you usually take for granted.
Be thankful for your body and the things it is capable of, hands that let you do so much, legs that take you to so many places, eyes that see the beauty in the world, and heart and lungs constantly working for your survival.
This is a far healthier approach than focusing on the body parts you do not like or that are less than perfect in your opinion!
Spend a little time each day reflecting on the things you are most grateful for, your health, your loved ones, your pet, the sound of laughter or a beautiful spring day.
What are you thankful for today?
THE WORD OF THE DAY-Â FREEDOM
Real freedom does not mean just physical freedom.
It also means mental and emotional freedom.
Freedom means to be able to think about anything you want, to make choices, and to be free to pursue your goals.
Freedom also means freedom from nonstop thinking, anger, resentment, worries, and anxieties.
This might seem impossible to achieve, but with discipline and determination, nothing is impossible.
Detaching yourself from anger and negative emotions will bring you inner freedom.
To be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.

THERE IS FREEDOM IN FAILURE
At some point, every single one of us falls short of the goals and ideals we set for ourselves.
Failure is entirely normal, and human!
Can you escape from the expectations you set?
You do not need to be perfect to be worthy of love, care, and dignity.
In fact, as you fail, you are freer than you have ever been.
Every moment is pure potential, as you make choices about how you react and where you go from here.
Using what you learn, you can make new choices.
The paths in front of you are infinite.
Where will you go?
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We are so free; we can free ourselves from the bondage in our own minds.
Wow, now that is freedom.
Let us use that freedom in this guided meditation to help you release any shackles you have created in your mind so you can feel how free you truly are.
