Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON A NEW SERIES, CHANGE? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, CANCER: CIVILIZATION’S -NO. 2 KILLER?????

Hello followers,

Happy Sunday!

Spending time in Arizona with long-time friends.

With change your adaptability rises, the more your curiosity is peaked; the more options you can explore.

With more options to test, you get to learn more about what is right for you and what feels odd, not in alignment.

Through this process, you become more adaptable to change because you are seeking it every time you discover something new that you want to change in yourself.

It makes sense then, whenever a change is thrust upon you that you do not want or do not expect, you will know from experience how to adapt and make the experience easier for yourself.

Change makes you stronger.

Until tomorrow, you become more resilient.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

As I wake up this morning on the last day of 2012, I feel very humble and do not take each day for granted any more.

As the New Year approaches, we all have a new beginning.

Why don’t we in 2013 treat ourselves to KNOWLEDGE?

That is the best gift of all!

For with education, we can add power to our own bodies.

Just think if we all gain KNOWLEDGE on ways to take care of our health, then we will be a more productive world.

This new year I would like to challenge you to go on the internet or read a book at least one hour a day and gain trust back into your mind with the education of healing ourselves with what GOD has given us.

There is so much out there all you must do is seek it.

2013 will be a better year if we all take part and educate one another.

There is a saying that comes to my mind that we are all drops in the ocean, but together we create an ocean.

Let us be that ocean in making peace, love, and good will.

May each of my followers have a healthy and peaceful New Year and continue to grow with the resources of the modern technology we have available to us.

Go now with the POWER OF KNOWLEDGE.

OCTOBER 23rd, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

National Tight Ends Day – October 23, 2022

This one goes out to Dan; it is football Sunday!

National Tight Ends Day is celebrated on the fourth Sunday in October, this year it will be celebrated on October 23.

In American football, arena football, and Canadian football, the tight end is a position on the offensive team.

Tight end is a position that combines elements of both offensive lineman and wide receiver.

They line up on the offensive line like offensive linemen and have the size and strength to be good blockers.

On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are capable receivers who draw the attention of the defense when running pass patterns.

The tight end was once considered to be of little importance in the passing game.

Back in the 1950s and 1960s, and even into the 1970s and 1980s, the tight end’s primary responsibility was to block for the quarterback.

The rise of the tight end position throughout the 1940s and ’50s is intimately linked to the demise of the one-platoon system.

The tight end’s role in any offense is highly dependent on the head coach’s tactical preferences and philosophy, as well as the dynamics of the entire squad.

The San Francisco 49ers’ tight end George Kittle played a role, but it was their quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo who produced National Tight Ends Day.

Although Kittle took the idea and ran with it, Garoppolo energized his teammates for more than one play.

From then on, every game became National Tight Ends Day for Kittle, and he celebrated it every year.

His response to that simple words spurred him to prepare more intelligently, work more, and be the most effective teammate he could be.

When the Chicago Bears selected Mike Ditka with the fifth overall pick in the 1961 N.F.L. draft, the modern-day tight end was truly created.

He made history when he established himself as the first tight end to put up significant receiving numbers.

In recognition of San Francisco’s special day, the National Football League designated the fourth Sunday in October as National Tight Ends Day.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOUR ABILITIES, AND YOUR OWN POTENTIAL. NEVER LET SELF-DOUBT HOLD YOU CAPTIVE. YOU ARE WORTHY OF ALL THAT YOU DREAM OF AND HOPE FOR,

The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.

There is nothing permanent except change.

Play to your strengths. If you are not great at something, do more of what you are great at.

I cannot change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; SMELL

SMELLS AND MOODS-

KEY ESSENTIAL OILS- ROSEMARY

Rosemary eases muscular spasms and pains.

Clears sinuses and waters up and stimulates the mind.

Safety note: rosemary must be used by people with epilepsy.

Use four drops rosemary and four drops lavender in four teaspoons grapeseed carrier oil for muscle spasm.

Inhale three drops rosemary on a facial tissue, to help concentration.

Tomorrow, LEMON-

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Cancer: Civilization's - No. 2 Killer

Continuing from yesterday, Differentiation and De-differentiation.

When the embryo attaches to the mother's circulatory system and begins to receive nourishment and oxygen from the mother's blood, the embryonic cells become fully aerobic, dependent on oxygen.

As the embryo continues to grow, the embryonic cells change in form.

They become different from each other to construct the different organs of the new body, so that they are identifiable as bone cells, muscle cells, skin cells and so on.

They are differentiated.

In understanding cancer, the points to remember are that embryo cells are initially primitive, undifferentiated, largely an aerobic and multiply without constraint, whereas fully differentiated, specialized cells in normal tissues are aerobic and their subdivision and growth is strictly constrained.

Continue tomorrow

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

UNTIL IT IS FACED

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced. #everythingthatisfaced#faced#canbechanged#change#untilitisfaced#inspirational#motivational

Until Monday, you have done it before, and you can do it now.

See the positive possibilities.

Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration

and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination.
