NOVEMBER 22, 2024
Hello followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!
The light of other days faded.
And all their glories passed.
It is time for the weekend to start.
Yay!
THE WORD OF THE DAY- FADING
Time fades away and it is important to relish the life we live.
The most beautiful moments always seem to fade and slip beyond one’s grasp just when you want to hold onto them for as long as possible.
If you love life, do not waste time, for time is what life is made up of.
Time is free, but it is priceless.
You cannot own it, but you can use it.
You cannot keep it, but you can spend it.
Once it fades away you can never get it back.
Only the memories last forever.

TWIGHT IS COMING
The fading light has its own beauty, purple and blue, tinted with gold.
The fading of the day is a place between a hovering liminal set of moments washed with color, thick with transition.
Your life has its own moments of twilight, the closing of one kind of being and the start of another.
It can be complicated to see the beauty in the transition, but it is there working for you and waiting for you.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This 10-minute guided meditation helps you get out of your body and takes you to a place of stillness.
There are many benefits of meditation.
One of the most popular benefits is that it helps with stress relief.
In addition, meditation can also help you focus on your work and clear your mind.
Meditation can also reduce anxiety and depression symptoms over time when done regularly.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Saturday, time fades over us but leaves its shadow behind.
