Out of moderation a pure happiness sprung.

Hello Followers,

It’s Monday!

Let’s look forward to this day with enthusiasm and motivation!

The start of a week should be a good motivator to live each day to the fullest.

So, let’s start today with the thought that something great is going to happen!

You'll find that implementing small changes can have a significant impact on your life. Remember - little hinges swing on big doors. By S. J. Scott, Habit Stacking

Besides the holidays are here; Hanukkah began last Sunday, November 28th and is coming to an end today.

Plus, the countdown to CHRISTMAS is in 19 days.

Continuing on the main topic of this post; moderation will relieve us from suffering.

The key to moderation is awareness, when we start becoming aware of one thing, our senses will open up to something new for moderation every day.

Dan and I continue to educate yourselves on keeping ourselves healthy.

We have put a list together for ourselves that is merely an opener to awareness.

The top of the list is not finishing that sweet (cookies, cakes, etc.).

What is meant by this is that a sweet snack; small piece of snack that people eat in passing.

So, in most cases, we will finish it even if we don’t want it anymore, because what can you do about it?

Chuck it, or get a takeaway bag for the smaller bit of chocolate crumb?

If anyone knows Dan, he doesn’t like to waste any of it!

We don’t recommend throwing it away, but we recommend becoming aware of how our bodies are feeling.

It’s the accumulation of calorific snacks that we probably don’t want that leads us to weight gain and obesity.

Then we might go into an extreme weight loss regime, sugarless diet.

Becoming aware of our diet, knowing that we don’t need to finish the sweet if after three-quarters of it we are full.

Grab a paper bag or even carry a little box around so you can enjoy the rest of it some other time.

Dan and I did that just the other day, and when we opened the bag the next day and saw a quarter of a coco bar left, it became a truly satisfying mid-morning snack.

The joy had multiplied!

Tomorrow I will mention another that is on our list, until then -

As Dan and I prepare for the holidays, I will end on the series of HOW SAFE IS MEXICO and shorten the blog post a little for the coming year.

Yesterday, ended the series on THE SIX SENSES AND YOUR WELL-BEING, to review this topic, you can also go to the main BLOG and hash tag# SIXSENSES on the right of the age, and all the post related to that topic will pop up.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

There seems to be more than the usual percentage of left-handers in advertising agencies, design houses, and TV and radio companies.

This could be due to the right-brain dominance of left-handers accentuating artistic and emotional areas of life.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

A screwed-up person doesn’t merely bug us, they wound us; pulling out chunks of our heart.

There poison darts dig deeper as the relationship skews.

They do not hear or see our needs and rarely changes to meet them.

But, just perhaps; they wonder about you and feel stung by your behavior.

What’s wrong!

Why are they always so unappreciative?

Can’t they get their own life?

Why are they always like a tiger in a cage

Set your goal to control you, regardless of whether the SUP in your life changes or not.

Five years from now you will be five years older, whether you attempt to change or not.

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to say, I’ve changed?

I’m free from the buttons that controlled so much of my life.

I am no longer ready to explode at any moment?

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of HAWTHORN.

It’s amazing what and how hawthorn can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that hawthorn helps prevent hair loss?

Well, it does!

Hawthorn berry prevents hair loss and is a common ingredient in commercial hair growth products.

One study in rats found that mountain hawthorn extracts stimulated hair growth and increased the number and size of hair follicles, promoting healthier hair.

It’s believed that the polyphenol content in hawthorn berry causes this beneficial effect.
