Peace begins with a smile.

Hello Followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday and the beginning of September!

With all the chaos in the world today, it is easy to become agitated and distressed.

During those moments when we feel overwhelmed with anxiety and worry, there are several paths we can take to calm down and restore our inner peace.

Some of us find being surrounded by nature soothing, many of us practice yoga to relieve stress, and others turn to God and our faith to balance our weary souls.

Peace is a daily, weekly, monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures. — President John F. Kennedy

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

September 1st

ONE OF THE MOST TRANQUIL times in a city is early in the morning.

As the sun rises, the buildings reflect their gleam, painting the streets with a golden hue.

There is stillness before the day begins and the streets are filled with people going their various ways.

Even in the busiest of cities, sunrise brings beauty and the opportunity to be still and welcome the day from a place of peace.

How will you receive peace today?

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

10-minute peaceful place meditation.

In this 10-minute meditation you can reduce anxiety, stress, and regain a sense of calm.

In this meditation, Dr. KJ Foster guides you toward relaxation through the imagery of a peaceful place with relaxing music.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, nothing can bring you peace but yourself.

Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of principles.
