Passion is important when it comes to achieving your dreams.


When you identify your passion and align it with whatever you are doing, a magical synergy happens that will effortlessly carry you to great heights.

Work becomes joyous and pleasurable.


Hours fly by, unnoticed.


Tiredness and fatigue take the backseat as you power your way to greater achievements.


This past year our posts are meant to inspire you to be enthusiastic about your goals and dreams so that you can live life on your own terms.

DEEP IN THE TREE, cicadas play a buzzing symphony.


Their songs carry and each tree’s colony responds with its own chorus.


The buzzing noise is electric as the cicada’s signal that they are alive.


They sing their songs only after years of hibernation.


They are alive and letting everyone know it.

Think about how amazing it is to be alive and the power each breath brings.


Play your own symphony.

Use your voice and talents.


Share your electricity with others and encourage them to share theirs with you.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This guided mindfulness meditation session will focus on self-realization by helping you to become your best self.


It is what is called being boundless.


If we open our minds and find self-acceptance.


This can bring healing by helping to lower anxiety and stress and bring a feeling of calm and inner peace.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
