Wow, the week-end starts, its Friday!
Changing bad habits into good habits takes planning and requires effort.
There are ways to change your habits without completely depriving yourself of something.
If you feel like you’re on your devices too much, leave them at home when you go out with friends.
Have carbs like rice, bread or pasta with dinner once or twice a week instead of every day.
Limit yourself to an hour or two of television instead of binge-watching all night.
Remember that everyone’s definition of moderation is different, so what works for you may not work for someone else.
Find the definition of “moderation” that works best for you, your lifestyle and your goals.
The countdown to CHRISTMAS is 8 days.

A word of warning; avoid keeping your options open indefinitely as a mask for procrastination.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY
TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.
Today continuing on, Exploder – the first of the five anger-management styles.
Listen to what the exploder says:
You never do what I need you to do.
Why are you so hardheaded?
You made me lose my cool.
You are eating me alive.
Tell them you care.
Ask them to talk to you as if you as a child who cannot understand the needs unless they are spelled out.
The exploder learned early on their method for handling anger, but it can be unlearned if someone takes the time to help the exploder learn a new anger-management style.
Whether the exploder changes or not, you can stop being reactive.
Get out of the way, let it blow and go on.
CAUTION: if the verbal explosion becomes physical abuse, protect yourself and those in your care.
Leave if possible until the explosion is over.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?
Another great use for lemon balm is natural air freshener and bug repellant.
Do you use air freshener products around your home?
While they may offer some benefit for removing bad odors from the air, they may not be suitable for your health.
Most air fresheners contain toxic ingredients that should not go anywhere near your skin.
Compounds such as limonene can cause untold health problems in humans.
Therefore, lemon balm can act as a natural air freshener.
Take an empty spray bottle and fill it with distilled or purified water.
Add a few drops of lemon balm essential oil to the water and shake to mix well.
The spray should have a pleasant citrusy fragrance that’s refreshing and masks bad odors.
You can also dry lemon balm leaves and add them to a potpourri mix with dried flowers from the garden.
The same spray also works as an active, natural insect repellant as well.
Spray it on your skin every half hour for a soothing, hydrating effect that shields you from bug bites.
