Hello Followers,

Happy Tuesday!

Do you have the Tuesday blues?

Well, there is no better way to wake up in the morning than with a smile on your face.

While a good night's sleep and beautiful dreams are not always the case, the one thing you can always count on is creating your own happiness.

When it is time to rise to the occasion of the day, some of us need more of a push than others.

While some are the sort to be up in the sun, springing out of bed eager to start the day, others rise slowly, needing a good stretch and a better cup of coffee before they are awake to the world.

Morning person or not, Dan and I welcome you to this day.

We inspire you to rise out of bed this morning and take on the day with a positive mindset and send positive words to a loved one to inspire them to do the same.

EVERY DAY WE HAVE THE CHANCE to ascend like the sun and share our light.

Even on foggy mornings, the sun finds its way through, if only to offer its light dimly.

No matter what the conditions are, the sun still glimmers if you are feeling less vibrant than usual today, take a moment to locate your inner power.

Breathe into the powerful space that is within you.

It is always available to help you rise up.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Use this quick morning affirmation session to rise and shine, starting your day with mental, emotional, and energetic balance.

Using positive affirmations in the morning is a great way to charge your day with intentional energy.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
