So, during all the stress, chaos and struggles in the world always choose to shine bright with your inner goodness.
Love and peace can conquer all darkness in the world.
The sun, the stars, and diamonds all have an inherent quality of shining bright even in darkness.
Do not let the negativity around you dim your light and positivity.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
