It is Monday!

Are we ready to start a new month?


Only one more day and it will be November.


It is time to reflect and reset for the new week ahead.

Obstacles are a part of life.


Everyone faces them at some point, and it can be difficult to overcome them at times.


However, it is what we think about them that matters.


If we shrink in fear, feel self-defeated and unmotivated by obstacles, we can become stuck in life.

If we instead, face them, find solutions, seek help when needed, and keep on moving forward; then that is where the magic happens.


The sense of confidence and satisfaction in overcoming an obstacle in life can be life changing.


It builds resilience, belief in you and the ability to conquer bigger and better things in the future.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Saturday Dan and I went for a ride with our rooftop open along the Blue Ridge Parkway looking at autumn and all its beauty.


It is truly God's country.

LIFE IS FULL OF OBSTACLES, and we get to choose our paths.

Almost everything we do is by choice.


Whether we choose the right path depends on our outlook and ability to write the course if it seems wrong.


When faced with a decision, take some time to tap into your intuition and find your inner compass.

You already know the answer, it lies deep within you.


Listen closely and your soul will speak its truth.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Use this 10-minute guided meditation the next time you feel you are faced with one of life's obstacles, you will be guided to shift your perception and overcome any difficult situation that appears to lie "in your way".

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
