The meaning of life is to give life meaning.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL CONTINUE ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE AND CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Thinking back at Dan’s and my journey, the people that we crossed along the way has made our characters live a great story.

This has made us humble to be part of their lives.

You simply cannot have good stories without good characters.

They drive the story forward; their decisions and actions make things happen.

They may find themselves in extraordinary circumstances, but the way characters handle those circumstances is what makes a story interesting.

Think about our lives as stories, and each one of us is a main character in our respective story.

If you want your story to be interesting, then you must recognize the importance of actually being a good character.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

FACE FACTS TOGETHER

We all create myths about ourselves, for self-protection.

When a couple both subscribe to the same myth, such as pretending that they’re happy for appearance’s sake; that damaging behavior on one side is acceptable or that they can afford their lifestyle.

The prospects for happiness are diminished.

Avoid engaging in a tacit collusion to stay quiet about the biggest difficulties.

Face them together, in a mutually supportive, problem-solving spirit.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

ADVICE AND CRITICISM

Perhaps you can practice with a friend, sharing the concerns that spring from your difficult relationship.

It is very important to stick to your non-defensive stance, or you will hand over your newly won power.

Instead, say things like the following;

1. Would it be better for us to talk about this later when you are not crying?

2. I hoped you could talk to me rather than clamming up. It will be hard for us to be close if you try to punish me with your silence.

3. I am willing to talk about other options but I won’t allow you to insult me.

Reestablishing the relationship ground rules in difficult relationships is crucial for emotional health.

A little love goes a long way to win over difficult people, especially when limits must be set.

SAYING I CARE ABOUT YOU AND I’M SORRY KEEP DIFFERENCES FROM BECOMING IRRECONCILABLE.

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

If cocoa were a pharmaceutical drug, it would be hailed as the greatest medicine of all time; and its discoverer would reap the Nobel Prize in Medicine. By Chris Kilham, Herbalist

GIVE LIFE MEANING

Until Friday, the true meaning of life is to plant trees,

under whose shade you do not expect to sit.
