I am inspired every day with the nature of the world around us.


Just close your eyes and go where ever you want and create your own master piece.


Celebrate Life.... ❤


So, today let’s create a master piece and do it in moderation.


The key to moderation is to not become fixated on one part of life.


Look at your life in a big-picture view so that you can find a balance of your priorities instead of depriving yourself of something or going overboard.


A single indulgence may not matter in a month or a year, so having a moderate perspective would allow for special occasion.

The countdown to CHRISTMAS is 11 days.

As Dan and I prepare for the holidays, I will end on the series of HOW SAFE IS MEXICO and shorten the blog post a little for the coming year.

MANAGE RISKS WELL

To stay permanently inside your comfort zone would be a wasteful way to spread a life.


Fulfilment involves risk taking.


The best attitude combines awareness with courage, even relishing the challenge.


Bear in mind you can sometimes reduce risk by moving toward in small steps.


Transfer risk to others when you can.

If you decide a risk is too great, there are two options; accept that status quo or find a safer change.


Be decisive about this.

How many are you out there are left-handers?


I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.


WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY


TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

Although there are many ways to manage anger, most people tend to use one of the five styles; exploder, victim, manipulator, rager, releaser.


It is important to analyze your style.

Recognizing how you manage your anger will encourage you to continue healthy patterns or change destructive ones.


Appreciating the management style of others helps you team with them, rather than being controlled or threatened by their anger.


As you think about the five anger-management styles, consider whether your method of handling anger impedes or strengthens healthy problem solving.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

The lemon balm shrub is part of the mint family.

The leaves of this plant have a citrus scent when rubbed between the fingers.


Lemon balm comes from regions around Europe, but its global popularity as a traditional healing herb and herbal tea, the meaning it’s now grown in countries all around the world.


Lemon balm grows readily in moist environments, which is why it’s a favorite shrub in many herb gardens.

The shrub grows between two to three feet high, depending on whether or not it receives pruning and attention or it’s left to fend for itself and grow as it pleases.


The shrub blooms during the springtime and summer months, and it produces clusters of small faint-yellow flowers that have a lemony scent.


The leaves of a lemon balm shrub look similar in structure to mint, which is why many people confuse the two.
