Forget all the reasons why it won’t work and believe the one reason why it will.

CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES, FOCUSING ON YOUR STRENGTH AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.

Hello Followers,

It’s getting closer to the week-end.

It’s right around the corner!

Yesterday I ended the topic of, focusing your strength with; Is it even possible to teach a person how to be strong when all of us are going through almost the same obstacles?

The answer to that question is; yes.

People can teach us to be strong but it is our own personal choice to apply those lessons to our lives.

We may constantly hear other people say, “Be resilient, be confident, love more, be faithful and learn to accept the fact that at some point in our lives we may feel weak,” but those words of advice will only become effective if we actually use them.

At the end of the day, your weakness and strength are a sign that you are still alive.

Make every second count because you only have one life to live.

Be strong and believe that there is always a rainbow after the rain!

Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?

Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!

The Empire State Building opened its doors on May 1, 1931.

At the point of its construction, it held the record for being the tallest building in the world.

Many other sky-high constructions have since dwarfed it, but it’s still an awe-inspiring feature of the New York cityscape!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

LEARN FROM YESTERDAY, LIVE FOR TODAY, HOPE FOR TOMORROW.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS

LISTEN, WITHOUT BEING BULLISH-

Keeping the options open and not jumping to conclusions will prevent chaos from erupting.

Off-the-wall people get louder and stronger the more they are not heard.

You may not like the person.

You may not believe their complaints, explanations, or positions but when you respect their right to their opinions, it keeps the noise down.

This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

The coffee bean may be one of nature's most perfect creations.

The seed of the coffee cherry, once it's been removed and dried, roasted and ground, combined with hot water and strained away, makes the single most popular beverage in the world.

In fact, by some estimates, more than four-hundred billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every year.

Now that's a lot of coffee, and truth be told, it all starts with whole coffee beans.

No matter whether you prefer to buy your coffee pre-ground, ground and packaged in K-cup coffee pods for your Keurig brewer, or whole coffee beans that you can grind fresh for every pot at home or the office, it always starts with whole coffee beans.

Continue tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
