Problems arise, and setbacks happen.
How do you handle them?
While none of us likes setbacks, if you are on the right path, you won’t be overwhelmed with minor roadblocks that occur, and you’ll be less likely to be derailed by setbacks.
Instead, you’ll take a timeout, looking for solutions, answers, and a way around them.

This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; HEARING
HEARING THE NATURE OF SOUND
If you put your hands on a stereo speaker, you will be able to feel the vibration of the sounds coming out of it
The waves of movement that make up the sounds vibrate at different rates.
The human ear can pick up frequencies of between 20 to 20,000 hertz (1 hertz = 1 cycle per second).
Make voices register at around 100 cycles per second, females at 150; a woman’s voice sounds higher pitched than a man’s.
A soprano singing a high C registers at over 1,000 hertz; the higher the hertz frequency, the higher the pitch.
A plane flying by registers at around one hundred hertz, a much lower frequency.

Darkness lingers and it feels so nice to stay in bed just a little bit longer.
While you prepare for your day, take a moment to appreciate the sleep you just had and the comfort of your bed.
As you venture outside, notice the sun's rays peeking through the darkness as it slowly brightens the day.
Today is going to be great.
