The journey of life will always take us to unexpected paths.
Are You Happy?
While everyone has bad days from time to time, it is important to ask yourself whether you have a positive outlook and opinion of yourself in general.
Are you satisfied with where you are and proud of your achievements to date?
Instead of viewing the world in a half-empty way, you will want to see things as half-full.
If you are on the right path, your overall attitude will be generally happy because you know that you are doing what you should be doing and achieving your goals as you go.

SENSING SOUNDS AROUND YOU/ ten-minute exercise
Just sit down and relax wherever you happen to be.
Now extend your sense of hearing and just explore all the sounds you can pick up around you, from wherever they may be coming.
What kinds of sounds can you hear?
Can you identify them all?
Try to write them down and think about how they arise.
Are they mechanical or are they natural?
Notice how you feel about these sounds.
Do you block them out normally?
How does identifying these sounds make you feel about your environment?

Healing occurs where love resides.
To live from your whole heart means to soften your emotions and let compassion and love fill the spaces where negative emotions tend to grow.
Be vulnerable, open, and loving.
